Position: Microbiology Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us as a Microbiology Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and driving microbiology work and lab operations. We are looking for someone who is innovative and can generate novel ideas to address the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the microbiology lab in alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee all aspects of microbiology work, including sample processing, testing, and analysis.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for microbiology testing.
Lead and mentor a team of microbiologists, technicians, and support staff.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the microbiology department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microbiology data into product development and quality control processes.
Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in microbiology research and technology.
