Salary (CTC): 16,000 – 21,000
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates / Undergraduates (Postgraduates not eligible)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Comfortable with voice process.
Role Responsibilities:
- We are hiring for the role of AR Assocaites and AR Executive
- Shift: Night Shift
- Voice process/ Non Voice
- Handle accounts receivable, including payment processing and billing resolution
- Collaborate with the sales team for accurate invoicing and timely collections
- Develop strategies to enhance cash flow and minimize outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and optimize receivables
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
