Position: HealthCare Telecalling Fresher
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing their needs, answering questions, and offering solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly targets set for call handling, sales conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on Inbound Customer Service/Telecalling.
Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Rotational shift will be there.
willing to do night shift
Night shift allowances are applicable.
