Position: OT Anesthesia Assistant
Job Description:
The Operating Room Technician performs a critical role in preparing and maintaining the operating room for surgery. This includes checking and preparing equipment, ensuring patient safety, assisting surgical teams, and maintaining sterile environments during surgical procedures. The technician is also responsible for sterilizing surgical instruments, monitoring equipment functionality, and assisting with the post-operative care and maintenance of OR cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Diploma in OT Technology or equivalent certification (Fresher and experienced candidates welcome).
- BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (spoken) and English (written).
- Ability to operate and maintain OR equipment (C-Arm, anesthesia machines, etc.).
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control practices.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an operating room setting preferred (fresher candidates will be trained).
- Licenses/Certifications:
- BLS and ACLS certification required (if not already certified, training will be provided).

Salary:
- Fresher: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
